David Bell was the project Architect responsible for the design and planning approval of this impressive residential tower in Salford Quays, prior to establishing Atelierdb. David worked closely with Peel Properties to maximise the potential of this site, both in terms of Architect and accommodation.
This building can be seen daily on BBC breakfast on the backdrop behind the presenters. Sadly though, the developer of the site resubmitted an amended scheme once the planning principles has been secured by David Bell/Peel on the site, although the basic massing arrangement remains.
