we are overjoyed to have gained planning permission for our client, with a delightful ground floor extension on this exceptionally beautiful victorian family house. lambeth planning department supported the application once they had taken time to actually look at all the submitted information – and they realised this was a quality addition within the conservation area by a considerate client. lambeth liked the application so much they didn’t feel it necessary to even visit the site – which is in the Telford Park Conservation area – surely a commendation of the excellent design submitted!
