Director David Bell was lead Architect for this project while working with Broadway Malyan Architects in Lisbon, taking the project from brief + concept through to delivery on site. The project provided over 24,000m2 of retail space, with multi screen cinema, food court and residential above.
The Concept sought to create covered external walkways using glulam beam structures supporting a glass roof that hovered about the mall, creating an outdoor shopping experience but protection from the extremes of weather.
