Our clients wanted to replan their family home, moving the kitchen to the rear of the property, replacing an old infilling conservatory and adding a two storey front extension to provide his and her dressing rooms and ensuites with new gym and car showroom at ground floor. A key transformation at the house was the replanning of the main house stair, which was repositioned to allow a more dramatic flow up to the first floor. Metal laser cut screens were used to provide screened views through spaces within the house. The main roof was retiled with grey slates changing the entire look and feel of the property.
