David Bell was the project architect on this Grade 2 Listed Flour Mill conversion for Permission Homes. Across the existing Mill and the New element, 82 apartments were designed with associated parking space. The Mill Flour store in the centre of the building was used to provide circulation across and up the building. The canal inlet was retained below the building, as an historical arterial reminder.
