We have secured planning permission on a number of developments in the UK and Europe working for both small and large scale developers. Ranging from 3 unit schemes through to large multi-storey buildings, we understand the commercial needs in parallel with creating exciting architecture. We excel in providing imaginative designs in plan form and elevation – addressing the needs of each occupant and the entire scheme.

Projects completed by Atelierdb include the conversion of a grade 2 Listed Mill Building, the Leeds Odeon Headrow, Peel Properties Salford Dock 9 (seen daily behing the BBC breakfast presenters), Quinta do Mineiro in Lisbon as well as a number of small historic building conversions in London.
